The mission of the Child Guidance Center is to provide quality mental health and social services to children and their families in Florida's First Coast.

Company Profile

Child Guidance Center (CGC) is a fee-based agency and accepts payment for services rendered.  CGC currently accepts Medicaid, Medipass, Harmony, TriCare, TANF, First Coast Advantage (Shands), Magellan, United Behavioral Health, Phy Trust (Access), and Children’s Medical Services insurance payments.  Other insurance may also be eligible.  Please call to inquire. Programs are provided on a sliding fee scale so financial problems need not be a barrier to obtaining services.

Child Guidance Center is a private, not-for-profit organization.  CGC is grateful for the financial support provided by Florida's Department of Children and Families, the City of Jacksonville, Jacksonville Children's Commission, United Way, Duval County School Board, Family Support Services of North Florida, Inc., and the many individuals who have generously given to the Center.

 Accredited by....The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for Outpatient, School-Based Treatment Programs and Case Management.
