Community Family Services

This intensive program is aimed at serving seriously emotionally disturbed clients in their homes. These clients are at risk for hospitalization, delinquency, residential placement, or a more restrictive school placement. Also, services are provided for children who are in foster care or who may be in the custody of Department of Children and Families.  Services include in-home counseling and crisis intervention.  We often help facilitate the reunification of children with their birth parents.
