Focus on Families of North Florida

This pilot project targets families in the 32210 zip code of the Westside of Jacksonville who are referred by the Department of Children and Families through Family Support Services of Northeast Florida for intensive therapy and case management services. The goal of the program is to prevent the children from being removed from the home and placed in foster care.
